McClelland is a living museum. Our generative visual identity reacts to the local environment, both inside the gallery and outside in the bush.
The images are code-based animations that respond in appearance and behaviour to designated data sets. The visual identity and initial animations were created by Inkahoots with Owen McAteer.

Since its inception in 1971, McClelland has been a not-for-profit organisation and relies on the generosity of visitors to help us conserve and build our collection, curate inspiring exhibitions and public programs, and care for our beautiful sculpture park and bushland setting.
