Whether you’re planning a workshop, conference, intimate dinner, cocktail party, breakfast seminar, or presentation, McClelland Pavilion is the perfect place to host. Our versatile space can accommodate:

• 26 guests in a U shape
• 90 guests theatre style
• 30 guests board style
• 70 guests banquet style on long tables
• 200 guests for stand-up events

Starting from just $500, our room hire includes WiFi, a data projector, screen, lectern, and microphone. We also offer half-day and full-day conference packages from $60pp and $75pp respectively, which include tea breaks, a working lunch, freshly brewed coffee, and jugs of still water.

We pride ourselves on our local connections, working with a number of local wineries and crafters to create a bespoke beverage list that will be included in your proposal.
