Guided tours

Enrich your McClelland experience with a free guided tour.

Our knowledgeable and passionate volunteer guides love to share stories about our diverse collection and the history of McClelland. These unique tours are full of surprising and detailed information to help you better engage with the artists' works.

Suitable for all ages, tours can be catered to any group and last approximately 45 mins - 1 hour.

Booking your tour

Guided tours are available every Wednesday and Thursday at 11am and 2pm.

Walk-up tours are possible on these days, but bookings are recommended.

Groups of 10+ must book in advance.

For those with accessibility requirements, a 5-seater buggy (driven by McClelland volunteer guides) can be pre-booked.

Please email foh@mcclelland.org.au or phone (03) 9789 1671 for further information and to book your tour.

Please note: Guided tours will not operate on days of 34°C or higher. This is for the health and safety of our guides and guests.

McClelland acknowledges the Bunurong / Boon Wurrung people of the South-Eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which we are placed.

We are a safe, welcoming space for all people.

As a not-for-profit organisation, McClelland relies largely on the support of visitors through entry fees and donations to help conserve and build the collection, curate inspiring exhibitions and public programs, and care for the beautiful sculpture park and bushland setting for all to enjoy.
