Adrian Page

Adrian Page was born in Hobart, Tasmania in 1945. He completed a Fine Art degree at RMIT University, Melbourne in 1969. His work engaged with modern technology and its relation to natural processes and forms. His sculptures explore the ‘decoration’ of man-built structures in relation to the aesthetics and visual structure of nature.

Page held solo and group exhibitions at Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, Victoria; Linden Art Gallery, Melbourne; Geelong Art Gallery and Art Centre Melbourne. In 2000, he was the recipient of the Moreland sculptural award.

He died in Melbourne in 2010.
