Peter Corlett’s first major work, Tarax play sculpture was commissioned by the National Gallery of Victoria in 1969 and is now on long-term loan to McClelland.
Since its inception in 1971, McClelland has been a not-for-profit organisation and relies on the generosity of visitors to help us conserve and build our collection, curate inspiring exhibitions and public programs, and care for our beautiful sculpture park and bushland setting.
