Mary & Lou Senini student art award for painting/printmaking 2018

26 August –
14 October 2019

The $3,000 Mary & Lou Senini student art award is presented annually to a Victorian tertiary art student who, in the opinion of the selection panel, is of outstanding ability and promise. Established in 1998, the award alternates between the disciplines of sculpture, painting and printmaking, ceramics and textiles, and this year McClelland is pleased to present the award for painting/printmaking.

The 2019 shortlisted artists are: Brendan Cooper, Travis John Ficarra, Alison Kennedy, Senye Shen and Zoe Woebken

McClelland acknowledges the Bunurong / Boon Wurrung people of the South-Eastern Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters on which we are placed.

We are a safe, welcoming space for all people.

As a not-for-profit organisation, McClelland relies largely on the support of visitors through entry fees and donations to help conserve and build the collection, curate inspiring exhibitions and public programs, and care for the beautiful sculpture park and bushland setting for all to enjoy.
